Does anyone know where to get the black embelished skull jmper that Sylvia was wearing on big brother and the white embelished cardigan that Stephs been wearing on Big Brother?

I hate the fact I know this answer - It isnt Stephs Hoody it belongs to Rex who had it personalised with his name etc... in diamontes. Not sure if the original design is availble as standard somewhere?
