long socks for girls

My daughter is only 10 but a size 5 shoe - she needs knee length white socks for her summer school uniform, but having scoured the town yesterday I can only find them in size 12.5 to 3.5 (none of which fit her). Does anyone known where they stock them in bigger sizes?
