Fault with Radley handbags?

Hi!
I got a Radley handbag for my Birthday a couple of weeks ago. I haven't used it yet but I have just taken it out of it's dustcover bag and noticed that the little tag that the Radley charm hangs off is only sewed in one side and the other end appears to be glued and has just come away. Is this a fault with these bags or have they just not taken as much care with mine as they usually do?

Anyone else had this happen?

It's off back to the shop as I have never had nor will have this type of bag or money spent on me again (it was a special birthday) and feel a bit miffed that this has happened when I haven't even used it yet!

my mum has 3/4 radley bags as well as passport holder, brolley ect and i my self have a couple of radley purses. neither of us has had any problem with faults or badly made products so maybe youve just been unlucky??
