its now day 6 of trying to send a parcel back, a parcel that they got wrong and sent me what i didnt order, has anyone else had similar problems, they just dont seem to care!

this is the first time iv ever used them, im disgusted

Sorry, what exactly are you saying the problem is? What do you mean 'trying' to send? is the problem the P/O or the shop?
