There is no ombudsman that I'm aware of - it will be the usual Trading Standards, Small Claims in the County Court and so on.

They may belong to some sort of retailers' association but it would be voluntary and there would be no powers granted to the association.

What is the nature of your complaint?

Shocking service etc.! Issues with delivery, being lied to by staff etc.
Write to the Managing Director - you can get his name from the internet and address it to him personally.

The best way is to take your custom elsewhere. If you have not yet received the goods cancel the order and still write to the MD with your concerns,

If you have lost income or annual leave days needlessly try asking for financial compensation in your letter.

You need to be clear about what you want the company to do before you put pen to paper - and make it clear to them how it can be put right.
