I'd like to get my mum who is 79 a mobile phone for Christmas and programme everyones number in for her and she could also take it upstairs with her. Mine is only a simple one but she seems to think its complicated. Which would be the most simple to use and preferably one with big keys. Ta.

snap!!!
If it's just to take upstairs in her house why don't you get a cordless phone so she can have one upstairs and one downstairs? My Mum had everyones phone number on a piece of card next to her bed and a cordless phone there in case she needed to call us from upstairs.
