I bought a new bed 13 months ago from a retailer. After waiting nearly 11 weeks for delivery, it finally arrived.

We then went to put the bunk-bed up on one of the parts the holes were out of allignment and therefore couldn't complete construction.

After numerous weeks of phoneing retailer and bed manufacturer it was agreed that we would have a new bed.

New bed arrived with similar problem.

We are at the end of our tether now as issue not still resolved.

Is it the retailer or manufacturer that is held accountable for this as we are thinking of taking matters further and wondering who we should be trying to resove issue with.

Thanks in advance.

Your legal right to redress, in respect of faulty goods, is always with the retailer, not the manufacturer.
