Bank holidays

will shops be open in Crawley on a bank holiday? People say that shops are always open but cralwy isnt a city its a town...so does it make a difference?

I don't think you'll find that whether a place is a city or a town makes any difference as to whether the shops are open! I'm sure you'll find that the major national stores (eg M&S, Woolworths etc) are open. Some smaller individual shops may not be.
