Something I ordered online has got lost on the post. The company gave me the tracking number and I spoke to Royal Mail who said it has been delayed somewhere in the postal system but cannot be declared lost until 15 working days after posting.

Do I have to wait this time before doing anything or can I demand a refund now or demand that they send me out a replacement now? I really need this product asap and cannot wait another week.

Really you will have to wait, unless it has been agreed that it will be delivered on a specific date.

After this time you will be entitled to a refund, but they probably will not give you one before that as the item still may turn up
