I need some teeny tiny solid rivets to fix a vintage bag I bought on ebay. The hole it needs to go through is 1.5mm in diameter and they should be about 20mm long. I have googled to no avail.
Does anybody know of a good craft shop or specialist supplier?

You could try a local cobbler as most of them repair bags.
