Hi, my 6 year old daughter would like a pair of roller Shoes (Heelys) for xmas but they are a lot of money when her feet are still growing pretty quick, can anyone tell me if there are similar styles which cost less and if there are any shops which stock them in the uk rather than ordering online?

Hi, I dont know if this will be any use but there are some things called walk and glide skates or strollers, they are basically a set of two wheels on straps that you can wear over any type of shoe/trainer, they have coloured lights in the wheels and are quite funky, the best thing is they are not sized so the will fit anyone, they cost about twenty pounds, ebay has some for fifteen pounds plus postage they come in pink or blue or try www.theoriginalgift.co.uk.
They have the wheel thingys as mentioned by Lalique in Boots!
