download from pc to mobile phone

How can i download music from my pc directly to my cellular phone, so that i can set it as a ringer?

i use a bluetooth dongle to send music to my phone. so fast and easy.

I bought a USB cable from Carphone Warehouse for mine.
The cable is much much faster than bluetooth, however at �22 it was a tad expensive.
Also a bluetooth dongle can be used with any bluetooth device.
