small wide shoes

Does anyone know where I can find mens shoes in a size 4 width fitting G? Have looked everwhere and we can't fins them so small and wide.

I have a friend who has very small feet and she shops in the childrens dept. all the time. Remember they do dress shpes as well.

We've tried shops like clarks but they dont do them wide enough in a size 4 :/ Might try some other kids shops tho. Thanks
