hi there , anyone know the cheapest airline to travel to perth australia with? there are 7 of us and we would love to go at xmas as my husband has just found out he has a sister out there and we would just love to meet her and her family ,

There's no such thing as the 'cheapest' airline for long haul flights. Cost varies enormously depending on when you are going etc.

I recently booked a trip to NZ to visit my daughter. After spending hours on the internet I did some legwork around the travel agents and found that they could match, and in many cases beat, internet prices. I found the best deal at the Flight Centre.

Prices go up at Christmas so try to book as early as possible.

Singapore airlines are advertising �599 Heathrow to Oz at the moment. Try them - plus they're very good to fly with. I always recommend them to my friends.
