Hi, I'm trying to find the official website for Givenchy. I've tried googling but I can't seem to find a site where I can actually contact them re one of their products. Can anyone help?

What exactly is it you wanted to know gazza? Only my husband's got a few Givenchy products & bobs in the bathroom. (My favourite)!

It's about my favourite ever aftershave Xerys Rouge. I've had loads of bottles of this over the years (EDT) but the latest one has suddenly started to smell "off," sort of mouldy with less than a 1/4 of the bottle used.

The trouble is, I can't take it back to the shop as I bought it in America in June and I've got no other way of complaining. Previous bottles have lasted right to the last drop so I'm pretty narked about it as I love the smell. Ho-hum.

How about phoning say Debenhams & asking them for the Givenchy Head Office/Customer Service Tel No.

I know you bought it in America, but if you still have the receipt, maybe they will be able to help you - good will & all that! Although, having bought it approx 8 months ago, they may not be willing to. Good luck anyway.

I don't know the website address but there is a regional office based in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, you could try ringing directory enquires to get their phone number.
