I would like to be able to listen to the radio or a cd whilst going to sleep so I need an equivalent of earphones, but just one that you can put under the pillow and listen. I don't want to go to sleep with headphones on! Anyone have any idea what I am talking about and where I might get one.

I saw one once in a catalog that fell out of a Sunday paper - failrly sure it was from Roberts (the radio manufacturer).

I've just done a search (for pillow speaker) - sure enough, Roberts PT9918 Pillow speaker retails for 11.99, but if ther's a Maplins nearby, they have another model for a fiver.

The cheaper speaker from Maplins works perfectly and if you haven't got a Maplins near where you live you should be able to order one from their website. I've used one for years without problem.
Yep, I'd go along to Maplins - a brilliant store with lots of bits & bobs you wouldn't expect to find!
Well, there you go - the cheaper speaker's a sleeper pleaser.
