That's put me in mind of Dave when he finds me having a nap on the long, comfy sofa he was heading for.... :-)
Lol. I just watched that with my puppy, and even she is horrified :-)
Love it - the cheek!

Has Dave got a cold, wet nose then, Gness?

I hope that your puppy would be just as tolerant of a feline intruder, Pixie, but I somehow doubt it ;-)
Question Author
Thanks, Mamya!
We have 3 felines, chris.... and actually, they wouldn't move for a mere dog :-)
Question Author
They're clearly proper cats, Pixie ;-)
He has, Chris....and loppy ears and a waggy tail... ;-)
LOL, love it when the dog becomes the bed.
They've always owned dogs, buen.... my cocker spent 2 solid years trying to terrify the cats and make them run so he could chase them. Two of them are currently asleep in his crate :-)
Question Author
Thanks, Tony. My cats seem to think that I'm their bed ;-)
Hmmm...I just get error16, Chris......perhaps just as well.... ;-)

I used to have a massive black cat, Pixie, who would sit on the path outside my house waiting for passing Rottweilers and German Shepherds to come by, so that he had chase them and their owners down the street ;-)

However he loved my friend's English Setter. Whenever she took him for a walk past my house, he'd sit down and bark, refusing to move until he'd greeted my cat. Upon hearing his bark, my cat would leap through the cat flap and run to meet him. They'd then spend several minutes rubbing their faces together before the dog would eventually agree to continue with his walk.
I have the feeling that kitten has been there before...she knows how to hold her ground...she owns the dog. As it should be;)

You, Pasta. That's nearly always the way when cats and dogs live in the same house. A few swipes across his nose from a cat's sharp claws is all it takes to convince a dog that cats definitely shouldn't be messed with ;-)
Question Author
^^^ 'You'?? That should have been 'Yup'!

- and I've not even touched a drop of booze!
A friend has a dog and her neighbour a cat, which loves to lie along the fence with one paw hanging down on the dogs side. This infuriates the dog which jumps up and down and at each jump the cat lazily swipes its paw across the dogs nose. This goes on until the dog is too tired to continue, you can almost see the cat smiling.

I love it, Vulcan42!

Sometimes you've just got to feel sorry for a poor, oppressed dog though ;-)
