I've never returned anything there before. It gives different options of which carrier to use. How do I know which is the cheapest option ?

Are you sure you need to pay for the return postage? What is the reason for the return?
Question Author
It's too short
Did you buy it from Amazon or Amazon Marketplace?
I have never paid to return an item to Amazon but every trader in Marketplace has its own rules.
If the item is faulty, not as described or of poor quality you are entitled to free returns whoever has sold it
Would have thought that the seller would define how to return goods.

Try Hermes.
Did it give the length in the description? Was there any indication at all whether it was cropped, waist length, hip length?

There is also alot of the court coming off

Sorry fluff
Who did you buy it from? Amazon itself or an independent Marketplace seller?
If you're having to pay for the return it's usually because the item was neither faulty nor falsely described.

To compare prices simply do as you would do if you were sending a packet/parcel yourself via any of the carriers listed. There are a few comparison sites. Here's one:

Have a look at the listing - does it say 'free returns'?
You might have to scroll down. Amazon always tuck away the ‘free pick up’ option down the very bottom, and if you don’t scroll, you might miss it!
Try going to your orders in your Amazon account. Find the item you want to return. Fill in the details. You will probably be sent a return label. This will show what means of return. You need "permission" to return the item
Returns of clothes to Amazon itself are free. Returns to third-party sellers may be, may be not...depending on what the listing says.

It was Amazon fashion
Question Author
It just says free delivery next to price on the advert
Will you post a link to the jumper?
Some third party sellers give free delivery.

Go to 'your orders' and click on the order.

Click 'return' and then give the reason. You will be shown some options on how to return. Then you can do price comparison if necessary.
If it is of poor quality and shedding a lot of fluff the return should be free.
Yes, and if that's the case you need to click that you're returning due to a fault - you should then get a free label.
