There’s no way I can get in touch with Amazon UK , their emails are generic are can’t be replied to, their phone service is now none existent same as their live chat, I was told in a generic email my refund of £202 would be issued in 5-7 business days, this was on the 11May!!!
Anyone any ideas ?
Morning, I deliberately got up this early to try the number again and I got the same message “We are sorry but Amazon can’t be reached by phone at this time and to use amazon.co.uk where you can find help with what you are looking for ....bye”
I really do not understand how others on here are actually getting through ?????
