Halloween I mean. Another excuse for begging. When they bring Halloween to Strictly it ruins the programme for me. There is no connection with Strictly and Halloween. So why do it!

Dance is about interpretation, whether it's films.Halloween or Christmas.

They should just leave it as a dance competition. It's one of my favourite programmes. I feel it is totally unnecessary to have these themes.
Aw Caran, I thought the make up and outfits were great.
But music has themes Caran, I'm sorry but you have me at a disadvantage.
Well they bring other things to strictly like movies so why not Halloween ?
Do you think kids going out on hallow eves is a new thing?
True dance takes its inspiration from so many different things, I really don’t understand the issues
Why do it?....because broadcasters love a theme on which to "hang" a programme. I'm totally underwhelmed by anything Halloween...Strictly does make-up and costume very well, but I find the whole thing rather pointless (and childish!).
They could do a Food Bank and Universal Credit theme?
I liked the Northern soul theme they used at Blackpool last year ( but then again I would wouldn't I ).
If there was no connection with dance and seasons, there would be no Nutcracker and how bad would that be?
That was good Tony.

With no themes there would be little dance to enthuse about, no Ballets for starters.
I thought it was 'over costumed' and that they detracted from the dancing.
On top of witch (geddit?) you couldn't see Staceys legs clearly...
We'd better kill off Christmas music festivals, carols, Morris Dancing and anything else fun then too :/
Your a wizard with the puns, shoota.
I agree with Shoota
Stacey was amazing and got one of my votes.
shoota - thought it was "over-costumed" too - I could hardly make out the dance - in the end I switched over.
I must learn to spell tho (geddit?)
Some costumes were overdone agreed, furry feet never equal good footwork.
Dont' worry about that in Feltham. We in Hampton will ignore your spelling as well Darling
