I want a fast boil, energy efficient electric kettle with a spout the does not dribble everywhere. In a price range up to £40. There are thousands of kettles on the market and I totally confused. I have a Russell Hobbs but it pours more water on the counter top - because of its spout - than into the tea pot. Bad design.
