I have a little card in the clear window of my purse "Fear is a wasted emotion".

Thank you Mamya. The nurses think it could just be a bug or my BP being a little low - might nip and get that checked tomorrow.

You are right though it is. I remind myself throughout the day I am stronger than I think and that I will get through this.

Time for bed for me - a good nights sleep might be the answer.
