I hope you can help
At the weekend I went into the garage and found the buggy stored there was covered in either mildew or mould. How do I remove it completely?
I have five months to get it back to pristine condition
I apologies in advance if this is not the right section but I am sure you will all understand

TIA

Although the mould can be killed, removing the black stains is something else entirely. Hydrogen peroxide might work as it is a mild bleach. Domestic bleach if strong enough to remove the stains might well damge the fabric, so you need to be very careful.
Commercially available mould removers are good, but toxic...so best avoided in your case!
Anything else is likely to affect colours...so expect blotches.
If successful, you'll need to store it somewhere very dry or the mould may return.
What fabric is on the buggy ( Plastic, Leather, Canvas or whatever). There are mildew/mould remover/inhibitors for different fabrics.

Have you washed it down with soap and water ? ( Washing-up liquid is good). If not, do so and see what condition then remains for attention.

There are mould and mildew removers in gun thingies which are really meant for bathrooms...but may do the trick....get them in any supermarkets or even the bargain stores or poundshops..which is where I buy it.....does great job on ceramic glass and wood....a wee patch test on the underside Will tell you if it's anygood
A solution of tea tree oil should do it without spoiling the fabric and will leave it smelling wonderfully fresh.
I would also give it a really good dry brush first

Thank you - you've all been very helpful
Not sure what material it is really but it's not leather
I think I will dry brush, use the chemical spray then maybe use the steam cleaner on it
