Being a HGV driver on night shift I find that a flask of Bovril and 2 hard boiled eggs with a couple of slices of Veda bread are great on a Winter night.

I like bovril spread thinly on the cream crackers too. I wouldn't dare buy a tin of condensed milk Georgiesmum, it would be gone in no time, love it on toast (or even off the spoon! :0)
