Have done all I can - been in bed from 10 now torturing yous all. What a nightmare Insomnia is.

Conne why don't you get help? I used Nytol for a while, it helped.
Go and see your doctor. Get him to prescribe you something to help you sleep, if that's something you're happy with.
If not - switch off your laptop/pc/phone/tv and swap it for a book. They say you should avoid anything electronic for at least an hour before bedtime.

I've been drinking this lovely new tea I found. Clipper Cammomile. It's called something like relax and snore :-)
