Buy without seeing? All right for CDs and other standard items, not for things where the quality varies , even from item to item, and simple description is not enough.

Not need a purse? Do you mind, it's Kate and her mother, not Queen Mary !

Like me, aog, you may not be enthused by shopping, but some treat it as an adventure not to be missed. When the ultimate subject of the exercise is a new baby and grandchild the shopping may be even more attractive.
