Really need a couple of nice summery cardies for work (our office dress code is 'business casual')...however, all cardies out at the mo appear to be shrugs, or the short ones which tie up under the bust. As nice as they are, they are not good for my lovely over the top air conditioned office as i'll still be chilly...anyone seen any nice normal cardies in the shops?

I got a couple in George (Asda) a few weeks ago, a black lacey type one and a turquoise one.

all pretty trendy at the moment but have you thought of visiting charity shops or if worse comes to worse you could always learn how to knit

they usually have nice cardigans and other knitwear in peacocks

Oasis has a few smart cardigans, the type you can wear done up as tops on their own or as a cardigan over another top.
