Where to buy a Vintage style suit

Hello Guys

My OH would like a new 3 piece suit and wants something either vintage or in a vintage style, which is very popular right now in places like Topman etc... Problem is he is quite tall and has very broad shoulders so the high street ones are just too small. Obviously he doesn't want to spend a fortune on it. I have been regularly googling, ebay and checking out local vintage stores but tbh I think he is too broad for them also. So any suggestions online or in store that I can help him find one?
