Recently, at a strange fairground, I saw two girls wearing jackets with 'Paul's Boutique' written across the back in nasty pink (the sort you used to get in the eighties),I thought that they must work in a local cheapy shop or market stall. Then today I saw someone around here wearing one - http://www.pauls-bout...2/S5000267945001.jpg. Just me being old fashioned or does it look like tacky broccoli (they seem to range in price from about £65 - £90 for a jacket).

I agree Sher, we must be getting old :o) I am sure our parents thought the same about the fashions that we had when we were teenagers. I am dreading the requests for all sorts of horrible expensive clothes, but at least I have boys so maybe it wont be as bad!!
Paul's Boutique is a teeny bit "last season" but it's still quite trendy.

I am dreading the girls wanting anything too slutty - himself will have a heart attack!
It's popular round here... Loads of girls have Paul's Boutique handbags.. I think they look chavvy :|
no that is hideous!!!!!
Question Author
I honestly thought the girls I saw at the fair worked at a cheap shop called Paul's Boutique and that the owner had had the jackets done at a t-shirt printing shop.
They tend to be a bit lairy.

A perfeft match for a pair of VB jeans.
Question Author
The jeans are a bit crap as well - and not cheap.
why dont you just cut some old denim jackets up sherrard sew them all together and emblazon ''sherrardshack'' on the back, sell them for £80.00 each and you will make a fortune..antway ''sherrardshack sounds more trendier than dull old ''pauls boutique''
I don't understand why some people pay good money for silly watches. What is the point of having a watch with the word BENCH across the face when you can't see the hands?

Or some tacky slogan over someones backside?
Oh, my daughter and I saw these in Frasers recently. God they were hideous - reminded me of Grease ;)
Paul's Boutique will generally be found in the department stores around Diesel, Superdry, All Saints sections, all of which I'll happily ponder around and see if I like anything but you would never catch me even walking through the PB section, even just to try and leave the store. That stuff is pure chav tat and I can't understand why a single person in this world would want to spend that much money on something that looks like it fell out of a dressing up box explosion in the 80's.
Hey! Nowt wrong with the 80's, they were COOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!
We have a whole SuperDry shop called Cult.

It's VERY hip ... all underground, and warehousey.

I'm not a huge fan of SuperDry, though.
They 80's were cool B00, in the 80's!

I like Superdry. I've had my eye on a big cosy body warmer for about a year, it's just a bit too much money for me to justify at the moment.
I love Super Dry, Mr Boo treated me to a lumber jacket type jacket from there, absolutely love it.
Me too, I've got quite a few Superdry bits but have so far managed to get other people to pay for them :)

My company actually does all the vent work in new Superdry stores (among some other good ones) but do I get any hint of a discount??? Do I chufty! It's not on!
They do have some great "outdoor girl" type of stuff ... bug, cosy waterproof gillets, and so on. I just haven't really got into their stuff.
Check out Ebay evian, there's an outlet type place that sells Superdry stuff, fairly cheap...well cheaper than an actual super dry store anyway.
There's an outlet place in Bicester Village which is near me but it's a huge pain the toots to get into. Although thinking about it I might drag my but there this weekend. Treat myself and pick up xmas pressies for the teenage nephews and nieces. It makes me feel cool that a 13 year old wants to borrow my clothes :)
