I've seen a pair of really nice suede boots but with the weather we've been having they'll get wrecked within a couple of days. Can anybody suggest a good waterproofing spray/solution that would be good for the lovely Scottish weather? :) x

erin....... lovely scottish weather !!!!!! just get a pair of wellies :)
I used a product called Nubuck till my OH bought me a peir which were Gore Tex lined. If they are quality boots the suede will stand years of bog bashing. Used to do a lot of backpacking in the Highlands using Brasher suede boots and they got to be like slippers they were so comfortable. Enjoy!

Thanks seadogg, i'll have a look at the Nubuck stuff.. they are only from new look lol..

I've got my wellies Anne, they're essential here lol! I'm too scared to drive in them though. I need boots for everyday, work and such :) x
Lidl do an aerosol called W5 waterproofing-spray "to protect leather and textiles against water, dirt and grease". It's inexpensive and works a treat.
