Ebay problem

I bought my daughter some leggings with writing on the side of them. She wore them once (which was 2 days before we went on hols) and the writing started to come off. This got a lot worse after I washed them (I followed instructions). I emailed the seller the evening before we went away but obviously I couldnt respond until we returned. He/she did respond, apologised and told me to click the return item which I did last Sun. I have heard nothing since. I dont know what to do next? Do you think the seller is purposely avoiding me or maybe on hols themselves now?

so did you return the item? - without knowing all the ins and outs it very difficult to offer an opinion - have you contacted the supplier again and said you haven't received any response - what's their feed back?
When you sent the back, did you take the Session postal Code/date/time/weight/senders address & the EBay sellers address & post code, if you have all these give it a day or so then recontact the seller, as you say they may be on their hols.
Email them again. If they haven't replied after a reasonable amount of time 2 or 3 days to give them the benefit of the doubt then report them to Ebay.

I havent yet sent them back as I have to await the sellers response. He/she told me to by email but it has to be done through ebay? I will email again today and se what happens, thanks.
You won't get a refund until you send them back, togwig - that's part of the deal with eBay. If you've ticked to return them, you need to return them!!
