I heard Greece are going to stop selling Homous and Taramasalata.

Spitfire in the fridge, steak for supper tonight...stilton, cheddar and red leicester cheese as well the above was as well as not instead of..
Had a pot of olives, feta cheese, and tomato relish just the other day. Then afterwards read the calorie content - shocked ! Over 400, and a large fat content too. Thought I was being good snacking on healthy green veg.

however if the olives were in olive oil they are fairly healthy its the feta that is the problem I do a salad of cherry tomatoes, olives, button mushrooms and a little feta with torn basil and rocket just moves the fat count down a bit
