From what I read the fashion caught on from American prisons where the issue uniforms tended to be too big.

So all the little kiddies want to look like gangsters..

You can actually buy them now that look like they are hanging round your arse when in fact they are round the waist. How pathetic is that?

I think its funny how they spend their time with one finger holding them up keeping their trousers from falling to the ground, a 30 year old with his trousers hanging down would look a bit of a sad act, that type of fashion is only ever late teen/early 20s stuff

Any age wearing their trousers like that looks sad! it's been made illegal in several states in America now, one place will give a $250 or 10 hours community service to anyone caught "sagging"
