Sounds a bit 'schoolgirl' to me. but would look good with a black leather biker jacket over the top.
I think it would look very nice on a young lady. Never did like kilts.
sounded like my old school uniform! in my young'en days
See^^^^
biker jacket might be too warm, cotton military styled one might be better, and you will need a tan,
count its true :)

girls had to wear tartan kilts - year7 & 8 had to wear the red ones
year 9, 10 and 11 to wear Green ones
and yr 12 was the white one.
this school was in yorkshire too!

oh dear god! well i dont wanna look like ive just come from school! hmmm maybe just a white vest top and bike beefy biker boots that will hopefully lower the school girl tone haha!
Does the tartan have any white lines?

My kilt is a Campbell of Argyle, which has a white line through it, and would be okay with a white top.
