I wouldn't trust them with my money. There is no business address or phone number listed on their site anywhere.I am not certain but I believe this may break the distance selling laws. It would mean that in the event of your order not arriving you would have no way to contact the company other than through their 'contact us' form.
The site is also riddled with errors, the most glaring one being the 'logout' link on the homepage..........I don't have an account there so have never 'logged in'.
The links at the bottom of the page also give admin errors such as this on the contact us link:

Unable to connect to database server
If you still have to install Drupal, proceed to the installation page.

If you have already finished installing Drupal, this either means that the username and password information in your settings.php file is incorrect or that we can't connect to the MySQL database server. This could mean your hosting provider's database server is down.

The MySQL error was: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES).

Currently, the username is root and the database server is localhost.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?
Are you sure that the mysqli libraries are compiled in your PHP installation? Try using the mysql library instead by editing your settings.php configuration file in Drupal.
For more help, see the Installation and upgrading handbook. If you are unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your hosting provider.
Just looked at reviews for ugglyboot and the ugg boots they sell are fake, look at the list in the link posted.
