heya i wasnt sure where else to put this..
i recently bought a top from an interent site, it arrived fine but so did another dress which i didnt order and there isnt a receipt for it, well there is 2 receipts but there both for the top i actually ordered..
i dont know whether to send the yellow back and say its the wrong item or keep it and say nothing?
lol. its not even my size anywaay :S:S

Say nothing unless they contact you. They probably have no evidence they sent you another top if you deny it

I actually couldn't do that... to me it's a bit like stealing (I know it's not actual stealing but it just seems a bit dishonest). You may well get billed for 2 x the top you did order whereas if you contact them (say by email) they may give you a discount on a further purchase, just for your honesty.

aye well i have it all pacakaged up ready to be sent.. in all honesty there wud be no point in me keeping it, i wudnt wear it and cudnt incase they eventually billed me for it.. which im sure they will cus u get nothing for free!
im gunna send an email and see what they say then get it sent off :)
They can't ask you for the money though so it wouldn't matter if you got billed for two of them
It's completely illegal to send someone an item and then demand payment for it (i had this problem with a company once and had to get trading standards to sort it ou)
