Can you wash Under Armour 3" wristbands?

I recently purchased a pack of Under Armour 3 " wristbands and after a few days of wearing one of the wristbands I thought it could do with a wash. On the back of the packet I looked at the washing instructions symbols: - Do not wash - Do not bleach - Do not iron - Do not tumble dry. What am I supposed to do with them then? Anybody washed these or other sports wristbands before? Any info and suggestions welcome.
