I ordered flowers online as a birthday surprise from M&S and specified the delivery day, but they were delivered early.
I want to contact M&S to complain about this - does anyone have a contact address?

Thank you both for your answers. I am in a bit of a pickle now. The person for whom I ordered the flowers knows the young man who delivered them and says he is a lovely lad. If I complained, would I get him into trouble? I do not want to do that, as it is a rural area and local companies are struggling.
Should I just let it drop?
You need to contact M & S annemollie regardless of who knows the delivery lad, I woild think it's more likely M & S gave him the wrong day because normally delivery people get a list for each day, I can't see the lad getting into trouble but M & S as a reputable firm need to know about this mistake so as not to dissapoint others with their service x
annemollie, I have complained to M & S before, they are incredibly helpful and I got a lovely voucher from them too. I doubt very much the delivery guy will get into trouble, he was only delivering what he was told and when.
