..live in Navestock? Your Town Council has come up with a unique idea to curtail speeding on the secondary roads there: don't fill in the potholes.....good idea and doesn't cost anything!

Ethel, I think that's part of the plan. Slow down very muchly and avoid the potholes or drive over them verrry carefully:)

The council dont even have to pay anybody round here to put our potholes in the road stewey.

The kids do it for them for free
