I purchased an item on Amazon two weeks ago, but it is still on the way. What's your longest delivery time on Amazon?

This gets more common towards Christmas. I've waited a couple of weeks before, I'm sure. As long as your account isn't telling you it's been delivered, it should be fine.

I've always found the service to be excellent, the longest I've waited is about 5 days. If the goods are from the market place rather than Amazon themselves then you're at the mercy of when they dispatch the items which Amazon themselves don't have a lot of control over.

The cops seemed only to want to fill in a report and then forget it.

Im still waiting for a mobile phone battery apparently dispatched on the 9th November.

I phoned them and they are apparently sending another one.
