Several questions to be more precise. Do the Epinephrine receptors clean themselves? Im asking this because you can be stimulated several times a day from Epinephrine activity and each time seems just like the first which doesn't show any receptor blunting unlike other hormone or drug receptors.
Also Is Epinephrine physically or mentally addictive?

The binding of such biological receptors to their natural substrates is usually reversible. So, simplistically, yes. But I am a chemist, not a biologist, and there may be much more to the story that I don't know, physical mechanisms of addiction for example. I think theprof is a biologist - you may get an answer from him.
