Erm what a Q here....What you got in mind?

Bottom line (no pun!!) is not long as what you are suggesting is full of Toxin's and the like.....Thing is eat nothing and you'll last much longer....I'm no nutrionist or Dr but just using common sense on this one!

As shown on the SAS: Are you Tough Enough? (think that was what the programme was called) if you have two bottles and some way to join them together, you can evaporate the water from your urine and drink it. That ought to keep you going for a few days at least.

Are you in an airtight room? It's difficult surviving with no oxygen.

As a rough rule of thumb for survivability apply the rule of threes:

Without food      =  3 weeks

Without water    =  3 days

Without oxygen =  3 minutes

well you can actually last alot longer without food though your right about oxygen and water.

with a steady supply of water but no food you can go 60-70 days. th longest confirmed case of starvation was 373 days. though this varies depending on the people.

And enteresting not that the longest recorded amount of time without food or water together was 18 days by an austrian man who wa put into a holding cell in 1979 and forgotten about byb the police, found 18 days later in the cell close to death.
Try it and find out. Let us know how you get on.

It depends what you normally throw away?

However long would be too long in my opinion.
