I wouldn't think so, it's 1,000 light years away, it's only been located by the X-ray observatory. Have you tried googlng it?
According to Polish Wikipedia (I know!) it looks like it has an apparent magnitude of 11.8

An observer in good conditions can see down to about 6.5 in good conditions (larger number is fainter)

A 3" telescope gets you down to about 11th magnitude so yes probably but you'd need good quality amateur equipment to do it and then it would still look like the faintest spot of light
