^^^ Probably not the best place for this link so I've posted it in Science as well.
Actually Birdie, I think both sections are very appropriate. Thanks for posting it here.

Great site birdie!
The largest measurement we currently have is the yottameter, 10^24 meters, but there is a petition with the International System of Units to declare 10^27 meters as a hellameter, as in "hella big". I for one hope it succeeds.

I'm glad that others are fascinated by the world we all live in. I often find myself in a state of awe and humility at this world we are so privileged to inhabit. There has recently been a series on Channel 4 called 'Genius of Britain' which highlighted the achievements of British scientists and engineers who have shaped the modern world. In it, Sir David Attenborough says, “... The world is full of wonders, but they become more wondrous when science looks at them.”

As far back as I can remember, I've always believed what Sir Attenborough has succinctly stated – nature itself is the most beautiful, strange, and stunning reality that can be imagined. To look at an object or an occurrence and simply dismiss it as being the work of God has always seemed to be an inadequate way of viewing the world. To me, the 'God' answer is the easy answer; it requires no work or logic. By saying 'God did it' you can 'answer' any question put to you. I find that totally inadequate, unfulfilling and unsatisfying.

wyzard66 – I feel moved by the fact that I may have helped your son's education in some minuscule way. Thank you.
What would it all mean if not for that one being standing in the midst of great and small with the ability to comprehend in some small way the intricacy and enormity of that which made such comprehension possible?

What audacious unmitigated arrogance or staggeringly blind stupidity to suggest that ones own imaginary friend did it all by simply saying, "Make it so", long before the brain of an ant or the existence of a single carbon atom had time, place or means to evolve or take form in the ages old universe that made perception, consciousness, and creative intelligence possible. They should thank their lucky stars that rational people have not made such blasphemy a crime.
slightly less verbose:
Mibs you could of said, yeah It's a rubbish idea to say God did it.
Blimey . . . such eloquence! ;o)
Great site !
On this occasion I have to agree with my brother birdie. Great site.
