I'm afraid that you really need to discuss this question with your lecturers in conjunction with your course notes on MS/MS to obtain the answer to this question.

Providing you with an answer would not help you understand the fundamentals of MS/MS and I'd suggest you research the answer yourself. You should know where to seek further information on the subject.
What ho, prof

Aint seen you on here for some time
Hi BertiWooster

Nice to hear from you. I'm still around and as busy as ever although I still find time to post on AB quite often. Very little stops me posing on AB - right now, I'm on a USA island state where I'm a senior academic. I'll be back in the UK on Wednesday
posing? Should be posting. No comments from my critics please!
