CDA Washing Machine - small yellow stains on clothes after washing

After using my CDA washing machine I am finding very small yellow stains/marks on white/pale coloured clothes. Once the stains are there they don't come out! Is it something to do with my washing machine. I have also been using Vanish Oxi Action powder - could this be the problem.

Try reducing the amount of detergent you are using (especially if you are in a soft water area, or have a water softener) but...

how old is the machine, and how often a week do you run it?

Machine is 5 years old and I use it almost everyday.
