How do i calculate the wavelength of the most energetic x-ray produced from a tube operating at 1 x 10^5 V?

I think you would first calculate the frequency with speed (V)=frequency (F)*wavelength (I dont know where the symbol for that is).

Then when you have the frequency you can calculate the energy with energy (E)=Planck's constant (h)* frequency (f)
