I did, but i need an infection which is caused because of it, if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
simply typing the words endogenous infection into Google gives you 2,800,000 hits... reading the first 2 or 3 explains very simply what it is, and gives at least one example.

You have one of the most powerful research tools every seen available to you at the click of the mouse, and you cannot spend more than 2 minutes taking a look at what it can tell you?
OK, this often causes confusion, so I'll try to explain.

In the medical sense, endogenous can be said to mean something that grows within the body. However, it also refers to something arising from within the body or produced from internal causes, such as a disease caused by the failure of an organ or system.

An endogenous infection is an infection caused by the reactivation of previously dormant organisms within the body. An example is tuberculosis as most cases of clinical TB nowadays are considered to be the result of dormant, endogenous infections. Other examples are Leishmaniasis and Shingles
