id be surprised if theres any noticeable differences !!!
Only difference I know is XP has voice recognition.  Other than that not much... apart from they've tried to give it a more "Windows XP" look which doesn't do it for me personally
2003 actually has a more Win XP look than Office XP, fancy coloured buttons etc. The only major difference is Outlook which is much improved in Office 2003. If you have the option of either, why choose the older one?
Do you mean windows XP?  At the minute I am running Windows XP with Office 2003 on it, which are two different things
Basically, it went Office 97, Office 2000, Office XP, then Office 2003. So Office 2003 is the newest version, and (one assumes) the best... although it is also jolly expensive for what it is. Frankly, it depends what you want it for. Remember that there are also different editions of each, such as the Student edition, SME edition, and Professional edition - all come with different combinations of the core programs.
