Sorry, but you're question doesn't make sense as it's worded... a turbojet engine has no turbocharger. A recprocating engine can be equipped with a turbocharger... at least on aircraft. There is a different method of starting a turbocharged aircraft engine if it's hot... that is recently shut down vs if it's first start of the day...
